I was at a cycling race, and they provided us with BBQ brisket & Mac & Cheese. Free food is good food.

They look similar, and they share the same idea of mixing things with rice, but chaulafan is a “chinese” (I’ll explain) recipee and started with the idea of a dish combining leftovers, it has meat, shrimps, chicken and some oriental seasoning. “chinese” because it was invented in Ecuador and Peru by chinese inmigrants and to this day is the main selling dish in chinese restaurants around here.

ehhh. sortof I guess? I didn’t fold the frittata in the bread and it wasn’t a ‘complete’ frittata anyway as there were just some onions and cheese in it and not other vegetables.
